A reservation must be canceled by phone or email. The cancellation must reach us at the

latest 24 hours before the date of the transfer. After this period, we may have to invoice the

we take the greatest care of your personal effects, we prefer to add this guarantee in order

to reassure you in your travels.

8. We can only be held responsible for foreseeable and reasonable facts arising directly from a

breach in the contract.

9. These general conditions are governed by Moroccan law.

10. In case of dispute, the competent court is the Commercial Court Rabat.
